SPRING HAS SPRUNG| God is faithful to his promises (Beauty for Ashes)

It may not look like it or even feel like it these days, as it seems that all our energies are focused on our televisions and listening to any electronic devices that will give us the latest news on COVID-19. The last two or so weeks have been overwhelming with endless and ever change information to process and adjust to. Schools, houses of worship, non-essential business closings, many workers sent home, citizens from coast to coast consumed with fear, anxiety, and panics for the present and future...even if that future is next week. While we can't escape the suddenly of life, as I call it, but must quickly assess to navigate these unprecedented and unusual times; it is also crucial not to miss the loud proclamations around us in nature.

We cannot get so overtaken and submerged in the daily reports of fatalities, and the frustration of not being able to "flatten the curve" of this virus, compounded by fear and panic because of slow, often vague updates. If we don't take a break and look up and outward we will all be hypnotized into the "sunken place" of despair and hopelessness.

Look up, and out, it's first (1st) official day of SPRING y'all!
This picture is indicative of how nature communicates God's story of restoration and redemption through the ages and reminds us to hope in him! Because he will keep his promises to restore and repair (heal) his work.  Look and see how Spring overcomes winter through this natural tapestry set to God's eternal plan!

Old leaves, cold and hard soil, all masterfully making room for a new life! Without effort or our help, in a twinkling of an eye, SPRING knows it's time has come and Fall knows how to bow and take its leave.

Who commands the sun to shine? ☀️
Who tells the clouds to pour forth nourishment to the earth?🌧
Who causes the springs and rivers to flow; and the ocean to keep its boundary? 🏞
Who bids the moon goodnight, and the calls the stars by name? 🌛
Who clothed and set in array the beautiful petals of daffodils,  and pansies, azaleas, and tulips? 🌷🌻🌾
Who gives the bird his song?🐦
Who promises that as long as the earth endures, there will be seedtime and harvest? 🌱🥖 (Gen. 8: 22)
Can you? "I think not", says poor old me; yet, I humble submit... It is Our mighty and faithful God, that's who❗... and he is to be feared and trusted🕊
There is always beauty for ashes because in HIS time he makes everything beautiful again! (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
Let's welcome Spring, as a sign of God's faithful promise to make all things new, now and later.🌿
