The " Christ in Christmas"

 Good morning beloved, I pray everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving! What an awesome time of year to reflect on the goodness of God, and all HIS benefits. We are a blessed nation and people!

 

With less than 40 days to go before Christmas, there is so much to be done! No, not the busyness of getting the house or grounds ready, or fulfilling the long laundry wishlists for family & friends ( what else do we really need?); rather there is much intentional thought and service to be done.

 

So, to help us in that direction, what tradition(s) have you instituted over the years or will establish this year to quiet the heart, and soul and really bring greater emphasis to the real "reason for the season"

Beloved, it is such a delight and pleasure to be "gifter/gifted", but what does it profit us to gain more worldly things or give away the joys the world and neither us, nor our friends and family gain the love of Christ or Christ himself?

 

We have a great opportunity in the upcoming weeks to really share Christ with our family and friends. We have the optimal window of access to hearts that are lost, lonely or in retreat ;to serve and share our love so that others may see the star in the sky and be led to the manager, and be impacted by the child who will become the Savior of the world.
