This month a new W.I.F.E. initiative was launched. March 25, 2011 Intimate N.O.T.E. small group project had its first gathering, and it was a delightful, energetic and delicious evening of fellowship and fun.

         So what is INTIMATE N.O.T.E.? Well ,this catchy acronym hold a simple, yet defining meaning to the kind of intentional fellowship and fun activities designed to foster friendship and accountability, transparency and encouragement among the women who attend the W.I.F.E. events.

        What is the purpose of Intimate N.O.T.E. (Nights of Transparency and Encouragement) Groups: To care for, fellowship with, and encourage women more intimately outside of the larger group. Women will be encouraged to mix-up their usual comfort circles of fellowship and b

e supported to engage new opportunities for fellowship and encouragement.

• What is an Intimate N.O.T.E. Group? Small groups of no more of ten (10) women

• Evening spent getting to know each other better through games, movie review, cooking together, and good dialogue... etc.

Why: Often in a large setting, it is hard for all our voices to be heard. So designing a smaller groups with the same purpose of the larger group, helps us to meet the vision to encourage, empower, equip one to another.
