This week, with the exception of eggs and perhaps a sweet potato, I'll be going all veggies all week!. Various combinations, add variety and robust flavor.
The exercise routine a must this week. Eventhough I see progress and fell great, I'm oscillating between 1-2 lbs in either directions +/- .Need to mix up!
